Behavior Assessment
The time to start training your pet is from the time they are a puppy or kitten. We provide guidance for basic training when you first bring your new pet in to see us. If you find that your older pet has a behavior problem, we are here to help you. Common types of behavioral challenges include: inappropriate urination, separation anxiety, storm anxiety, and aggressive behavior. We can provide tips and training methods using positive reinforcement and behavior modification if you encounter a behavior problem with your pet. We also use pharmaceutical therapy in severe cases. In extremely complicated cases, we will refer you to a professional trainer or a veterinary behaviorist.
