In-House Laboratory
Our in house laboratory can provide fast results when your pet is sick. We routinely run CBCs, blood chemistries, electrolytes, urinalysis, heartworm testing, FIV and feline leukemiia testing, and blood clotting profiles, and ear and skin cytologies. We can also perform labwork the same day of surgery if has not been completed previously.
We work with an outside laboratory for routine lab testing, when the results are not needed right away. Pre-anesthetic blood testing, wellness profiles, medication monitoring, fecal exams, cytology, biopsies, and specialized testing is usually sent to the outside lab. Most results are available within 48 hours.
